Every day, the team at Catalyst Performance Agronomy work closely with farmers and farm managers to grow crops that deliver great commercial results. We’re side by side with them in the field delivering tailored agronomy advice on the correct seed variety, planting methods, fertilisers, and chemical controls.
We have a vacancy for a full-time Store person to join our Central Otago team. The position is Monday to Friday, between 7.30am - 5.00pm, with the occasional Saturday shift.
This position is ideal for a detail-orientated, positive individual, with a proactive mindset. Ideally, with experience in the agriculture industry and an inventory management environment, seed store experience is a bonus.
What you’ll be doing:
Stock Control: Manage inwards and outwards goods, process orders, conduct stocktakes, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse in line with company values.
Order delivery: Deliver orders across Central Otago safely and efficiently, record proof of delivery, coordinate with managers, and complete interbranch transfers as needed.
General: Assist with general warehouse duties, follow health and safety practices, and support the Regional Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
What we are looking for:
· A current Class 1 drivers licence (Class 2 an advantage)
· Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
· Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail
· A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· A positive, “get it done” attitude
