We’re currently looking for a reliable, motivated Delivery Driver to join the team on a fixed-term basis from 1 August 2026 through to 31 March 2027, helping keep products, seed and supplies moving efficiently across the region.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll be out on the road, working closely with our team and customers, and playing an important part in keeping farms moving during some of the busiest times of the season.

What you’ll be doing
As a Delivery Driver for Catalyst Performance Agronomy, you’ll be responsible for ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Day to day, you’ll:
- Deliver seed, fertiliser and agricultural products to customers and branch locations
- Load and unload products safely and accurately
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle care and presentation
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to coordinate deliveries
- Provide friendly, professional service when dealing with customers on farm and in branch
- Support the wider team with general yard and store duties when required
- We’re looking for someone who
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the job properly
- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Communicates well and enjoys working with people
- Holds a full New Zealand driver licence (Class 2 preferred)
- Has previous delivery, transport, rural or agricultural experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Understands the importance of health and safety on the road and on farm
